HOT MAT PILATES
The days are getting colder but our Mat Pilates classes are getting HOTTER! We are adding Hot Mat Pilates to our list of class offerings! Beginning November 15th, look out for Hot Mat Pilates on various Saturdays at 10:30 AM!
Hot Mat Pilates combines the advantages of infrared heat with the power and fitness of Pilates! Pilates is a type of exercise that targets the core (trunk) muscles while simultaneously strengthening and lengthening the arms and legs. Pilates can help you strengthen your core, reduce wear-and-tear-related body pain, and improve your posture.
Hot Mat Pilates is included in Auto Pay, Annual and 6 Month Memberships, and with Yoga Class Pass. Note: Monday’s and Friday’s 12:00 PM Mat Pilates will continue to be non-heated.
