Studio Hours
Doors open 20 minutes prior to scheduled class times. We will inform you of any schedule changes or cancelations through email, social media and our website. If you are unsure of holiday hours, or seasonal changes, please refer to one of these sources.
Checking In & Reserving A Class
It’s easy! When you join our studio you will create your own personal account to manage your membership. You may access your account from our website to enroll in classes or just sign in at the studio using our self sign in kiosk.
What To Bring
Make sure you have your yoga mat, a towel, and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothes and its best to wear snug fitting clothing to hot or active classes to avoid having to adjust them. If you do get sweaty or intend to shower, a change of clothes is a must!
Come Prepared
Allow yourself 5-10 minutes before class to settle in and be present. Studio doors close promptly at the start of the scheduled class time so please do not arrive late. When entering the actual studio respect those who are resting and keep voices low & talking to a minimum.
No Cell Phones
As a courtesy to our members, we ask that you please turn off your cell phones and store them in the cubbies or lockers outside of the actual studio space. By eliminating technology, you allow the focus to be solely on the mat. Free yourself from clutter and distractions by unplugging and reconnection with your inner self.
Shoes & Belongings
Remove shoes and socks and place them in the cubbies or lockers outside of the actual studio space. It is best to practice yoga with bare feet and as part of the lifestyle of yoga we do this to keep our space clean and free of debris we might carry in from outside.
