OFTEN, THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN, WE FIND THAT UNDESIRABLE FEELINGS HAVE BUILT-UP INSIDE OF US. WE CARRY THESE HEAVY FEELINGS, AND THEY INFLUENCE US GREATLY, LIMITING THE QUALITY OF OUR LIVES, UNDERMINING RELATIONSHIPS, AND PREVENTING US FROM ACHIEVING OUR GOALS.
SOMETIMES WE TRY TO PUSH THE FEELINGS ASIDE, OR “THINK POSITIVE,” BUT THIS DOESN’T WORK. THE FEELINGS ONLY REBOUND LATER FROM THEIR SUPPRESSED PLACE CAUSING HAVOC IN OUR LIVES. AS THESE FEELINGS CONTINUE TO ACCUMULATE, THEY CAN RESULT IN DEPRESSION, MOTIVATING US INTO COMPENSATING BEHAVIOR SUCH AS DRUG, ALCOHOL OR FOOD ABUSE IN THE ATTEMPT TO COPE.

What is an emotional clearing session like?
SESSIONS WILL BEGIN WITH A DISCUSSION ON ANY CURRENT EMOTIONAL DISCONTENT. FOLLOWING THE DISCUSSION WILL BE A YOGA PRACTICE TO RELEASE ANY PHYSICAL TENSION. THEN UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF YOUR FACILITATOR, YOU SIT OR LIE DOWN, WITH CLOSED EYES, AND ARE GUIDED INTO A DEEP ALPHA STATE RELAXATION USING BREATHWORK.
THE FIRST STAGE OF THE WORK IS TO FAMILIARIZE YOU WITH THIS NEW DEEP MEDITATIVE RELAXATION, WHERE MANY SUPERFICIAL STRESSFUL FEELINGS AUTOMATICALLY EVAPORATE. THROUGH GUIDED MEDITATION AND THE EMOTIONAL CLEARING PROCESS, YOU AND YOUR FACILITATOR WILL EXPLORE YOUR EMOTIONAL ISSUES. IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THE SUBCONSCIOUS WILL REVEAL MORE FUNDAMENTAL CORE FEELINGS IN ADDITION TO THE ONES YOU ARE AWARE of. AS FEELINGS EMERGE, YOU WILL BE GUIDED TO LET GO OF ALL OF THESE EMOTIONS WITHIN, LEADING TO A COMPLETE CLEARING
NO OUTWARD EXPRESSION OF FEELINGS ARE REQUIRED. THE PROCESS OF RELEASING INVOLVES GOING DEEPLY WITHIN AND EXPERIENCING THE EMOTIONS. How many sessions will I need?
EMOTIONAL CLEARING IS NOT A SUPERFICIAL QUICK-FIX BUT GOES TO THE DEEP CORE STRUCTURE THAT KEEPS ANY FEELING RECURRING. THE WORK YOU DO HERE WILL BE SIGNIFICANT, ADDRESSING MAJOR LIFE PATTERNS AND ALLOWING THEM TO REALIGN THEMSELVES IN POSITIVE WAYS.
THE WORK IS CONSIDERED TO BE BOTH SHORT AND LONG-TERM. WHEN STARTING THE WORK, DRAMATIC RELEASES OCCUR QUICKLY IN THE FIRST FEW SESSIONS, AND MAJOR LIFE CHANGES CAN FOLLOW SOON AFTER. IT BECOMES APPARENT HOW MUCH OUR SUPPRESSED FEELINGS HAVE BEEN INFLUENCING OUR PERCEPTIONS, LIMITING US, AND ATTRACTING NEGATIVE CONDITIONS OR PEOPLE. HOWEVER, AS WE GET INTO THE WORK, WE REALIZE THAT THE CORE PATTERNS WE ARE ADDRESSING HAVE FORMED OVER LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND IT WOULD BE UNREALISTIC TO EXPECT OVERNIGHT CHANGE. WE MUST BE PATIENT WITH OURSELVES AND ALLOW TIME FOR DEEP REGENERATION.
EXPECT 3-5 SESSIONS, THEN HAVING CLEARED SOME MAJOR FEELINGS AND LEARNED THE TOOLS, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ON YOUR OWN WITH YOUR NEWLY FOUND CAPACITY FOR SELF HEALING.
